laliginRight, so, I've been meaning to get round to my Hub report and pics etc since we got back to Liverpool. But stuff has got in the way.
We arrived back Monday, slightly knackered and early to sleep, really.

shadowbyrd hears her Grandad has gone into hospital. And isn't expected to come back out.
Tuesday afternoon, and he's gone.
Wednesday, we go to random swordfighting session as planned, only five students there, fun techniques, quite distracting, but still not entirely back on kilter.
We get back to the flat with just enough time to turn round and go back out to a random lecture (by one Colonel John Blashford-Snell - no joke) about his trips finding lost civilisations in South America. I note I have three missed calls from home, but my brother texts and says to tell them when it's convenient and mum will call back again.
Lecture v good, distracting, fun, interesting.
Get home, tell mum she can call, and she does.
And my 26-year-old Guider has gone into hospital for a simple gall bladder operation, which has got infected and she's dead.
Was not expecting that.
So yeah. Slight delay in happyhappyjoyjoy con report. I'll get back to you on that one.
