Lali is still alive. Just about.

Whoa, exams! Ugh.
Lessee now. It's Wednesday today. On Monday I had three exams - two hours of English in the morning, and three hours of Classical Civilisation in the afternoon. Classics went okay, in the end.
English was a mixture. Shakespeare extracts from A Midsummer Night's Dream - one of the two was one of the worst possible sections. Philostrate trying to persuade Theseus not to watch the Mechanicals' play, if you're interested. Very short extract, nothing much happened, and we were asked about Shakespeare producing dramatic effects. Ugh. And the other was right from the start of the play - nothing from the fun bit in the middle. You know. The plot. The drama. *eyeroll*
Still, never mind, because the other question (yup, two 35 mark essays in two hours) involved analysis of the Dead Parrot Sketch from Monty Python.
I swear, everyone in the exam hall was trying not to giggle.
And I just had Latin this morning (and have three hours - two exams - of General Studies this afternoon, but it's not really necessary to revise for that. So pressure's off a bit there) which went surprisingly well. It felt good. :) Successful identification of ablative singular nouns and all that jazz. ;) Joyful.
Only seven exams left, anyway. Three General Studies ones (I was tricked into taking the full A level and doing five exams this year instead of two) two more Latin (but the worst was today) one Maths, one English - and that one's going to be a pain. Two and a half hours, one 50 mark question, one 20 mark question, essays all the way and a booklet to read through and work on beforehand. Ugh.
Never mind. There's still time.
