Need to talk to 'byrd. v_v
Considering putting Jack's Week up somewhere (anywhere!) just to make m'self feel better. But I haven't finished refining it.
What makes people better? I don't think chocolate or flowers would be a good idea. I want to go round, but I feel like I'd be imposing... Especially if she's ill...
It's raining miserably. I don't want to walk home in this. I have my laptop with me. It's heavy and electrical and I'm worried my bag won't protect it properly.
I left my umbrella at home this morning.
It's too windy anyway.
I can't work at school, I can't work at home... I managed to blag my way through Maths this afternoon, even when people asked me for help. Thank heavens I made some decent notes. Perhaps I should try reading them.
We're meant to be having a mock exam in Maths soon. I can't do anything. I spent this lesson writing out my Christmas list - and I can't even do that. I have no idea what to get people.
Argh.
What's wrong with me?! I was fine the other day. Tuesday. That was a good day. (Jack would prefer Monday, but what can you do.)
Shadowbyrd's token ran out yesterday. I feel mean asking her to draw something after the expiry date she put on it. And I can't think of anything anyway. I suggested cashing it in against every picture she's got on the go for me... She refused. But she's done two recently anyway.
Emailed her about seven or eight times yesterday. Kept finding things or forgetting to put them in. Didn't get my bit of the TW Round Robin done though. Guides and the internet got in the way.
*sigh*
I have three people's Christmas presents bought. If Amazon delivers soon enough. And I know what to get one other. But everyone else... I have no clue.
And everyone's being off ill. Why haven't I got it yet? I normally catch every cold going.
Saw a Torchwood bus, though. I was sat in Classics thinking about the TW fic, and I looked up out of the window and straight at this bus with "TORCHWOOD" splashed across the side. It must be a good sign.
Or maybe I'm just seeing things.
The rain isn't going away. I've tried to give it a chance to die out, but it's not stopping. I'm going to have to walk in it eventually. Now might as well be the time.
Still got tons to do. Miserable.
And it's dark out. Streetlights are on - that's how I can see the rain from the window.
