Hideyhi!
Hideyho!
Thank you for giving the correct response, all prizes go to GRIFFIN for that! ^_^ Anywho. It HAS been a while since I updated this. Dearie me.
Let's see. Shock horrors first, eh? Lali had a boyfriend for a while. We started going out around late September, but he broke up with me after nearly four months. Apparently that's not bad going. Ah well. He's gone off in a big huff because I didn't burst into tears, but what the hey. I'm crying on the inside. *rolls eyes* Yeah. Sure.
Heh. I'm secretly an evil cold-hearted ice queen, you know. ^_^ Of course.
What other news? Christmas was fun. Got some cool stuff. Plenty of books 'n' all.
A-a-and let's drop back into the usual writingness update. ^_^ All things are on hold, save for Training a Weather-Mage, which now has a new name and is in a few MASSIVE files on my laptop. Such fun. 30 thousand words and then some. ^_^^_^
Been looking at a few universities around England. Sending off for prospectuses and such. Cambridge has a nice course in Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic, being all about the languages and the history of the people around in Medieval times. Ties in beautfiully with Training a Weather-Mage, which is of course all Medieval Fantasy. On the other hand (and a little bit of a step-down from Cambridge!!) Liverpool John Moores Uni has a LOVELY course in Imaginative Writing, which would be a doddle to get onto and so much fun to do! Ayia, decisions, decisions. ^_^' Eheh.
Anywho. I think I'll go read some fanfiction and talk to people on MSN. Yes indeed, a very good use of my time. Tata.

Date: 2006-03-01 06:45 pm (UTC)If you want to read my stuff I should be telling you that Training A Weather-Mage has got a whole lot bigger since I mentioned it up there - it's now 71 thousand words and counting.
And I still have a ton to type up.
Oh, and Den of Thieves is a bit dead, but I'm working on creating a new site in collaboration with some other nice people. ^_^ I'll put a link up just about everywhere when it gets done, no worries.
