Have you considered sleeping a stuffed animal? When I'm really upset it really helps. Have you done the hot milk or soothing tea at bedtime? Put a poster on your ceiling. You can look at Capt Jack or someone else as you fall asleep. Sleep with a night light.

Maybe you can get a small dose of mild tranquilizers?
