It struck me that a lot of people rely on the coat to recognise Jack - and if you're given a basic height-hair-colour-eye-colour description of him and Ianto they're pretty much the same... And yeah, my Past!Jack has had a pretty rough time of it, so letting Ianto give him a much-needed hug was all part of my cunning plan. ;) Glad you liked that!
