At the moment I think the best episode of all three series might just be Blink. I enjoyed most of series three more than a lot of series two (I hated Impossible Planet/Satan Pit! But I know a lot of people did like it very much...).
They seem to have trouble keeping the momentum and tension up in the second part of 2 parters...
