Torchwood fic now past eight thousand words. Yeeowch!

And the really scary bit is that I have no idea how long it'll be in total. I know exactly what needs to go in, but I can't estimate how many words... See, I was just doing the end, and I don't know how many words I thought it would be, but here we are at 1500 and not quite there yet! Argh!

And I need to go see clips of Episodes 2, 6 and 8 again. Which is unfortunate because I'm at home and Episode 2 (Day One) is all squicky in places. And Episode 6 (Countrycide) is horribly gory. It won't matter if brother/mother wanders in while I'm trawling through Episode 8, but those two... Hrm.

*spins round and falls over*

But Shadowbyrd was on for about ten seconds just before. Popped up on MSN and then vanished before I had time to click "Change Status to Online" rather than lurking. Rawr. Oh well. Stuff to do.
