Well, here we go...

Weel now... I'm currently sitting at a friend's house, playing with a two-and-a-half foot long arrow. Why? I hear you ask:
Why?
Well, I had an archery competition yesterday. I borrowed five arrows to shoot with, seeing as I don't have my own, and at the end of the day I was told I could keep them. At least until I buy my own. Which could be some time in the far future...
Anyway. Archery competition. Went well indeed. Score of 142, better than some people who've been shooting for years (I've been shooting for 3 months-ish...). And yes, I'm boasting. ^_^ It's a rare occasion that I do (There I go again) but archery's worth it. Oh, and I almost hit Achilles in his heel. :D One of our club painted a life-size Greek warrior as a fun target. Only one person out of the fifty or so there actually managed to hit the heel.
And it's the summer holidays now! So I've got some time for writing. Let's see, what must I finish up.
