I think they are asking if the artwork in your icon is by Boria Vallejo, whos a big fantasy artist.

*headtilt* That kind of makes sense. I did send a message back asking. But I have a link to neondragon in my userpics info for credit on it. If that's what it is, I'm sure she'd be very chuffed. I'll have to pass it on if so. ;)
