loved this as well, i've often played with the thought of Ianto being a witch or developing some power(s), unrelated to Harry Potter of course (i hate that as well)
Ianto/Owen/Tosh quippage was very amusing and Jacks oh so subtle line at the end.
it brings a grin to my face
