Woah - sad for Jack, although killing off seventy people, including prisoners - I can, uh, see Ianto's objections. It's true he'd already escaped, no reason to do it (and the Time Agency's going to let him alone now? Because he blew up a ship? Really?). I have to hope it doesn't last too long, because I am a big Fluff, but for the moment letting Jack suffer a bit is very much justified.
