You know what this fic reminded me of? I used to do a radio show, and once in a while I would put together one of these really, really obvious sets (I mean, if it was a guy named John, I'd find a song called "I Love You John" or what have you) intended to make Boy Crush Of The Week think "oh, I should ask her out".
