Torchwood was brilliant. Excellent. Superb. Fantastic. Incredible.
AND THEY USED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE SEVEN FICS I'M WORKING ON!!
And no, I'm not kidding. Every. Single. One. Ruined Jack's Cure. Not fanfic any more. Canon. Please excuse me while I go swear. Because I can't exactly put them up now, can I? It's not my idea, obviously, I've just taken that scene from the show and twisted it a little. But I haven't! I wrote it before they were shown!
*cries*
I mean, clearly I should be rejoicing because the episodes were so wonderful, and my ideas were all PROVED RIGHT!! and so on, but... but...
You know what? I'm going to write them anyway. And I'm going to put a disclaimer at the start telling everyone I wrote it before I'd seen the episodes, so they can either bow down to my incredible foresight, ignore the fact and just play along, or not bother, as long as they don't accuse me of being unimaginative!
Eheh. Probably nobody else will notice the similarities... I mean, a few of the things were just following the foreshadowing and so on - it was inevitable. And a few of the others are smaller details... But still. It's the principle of the thing.
And we'll have to see if my fanfic100 claim gets granted or not. But meh.

Shocking behaviour. I think you should write in and complain about their hightly unethical idea harvesting. I can led you a tinfoil helmet from my personal collection for future protection. :D
